A quick announcement about two big events that you don't want to miss. Saturday, November 23, I'll be at the great Big Apple Comic Con. I've got my artist table - plus I will be doing a panel with the great illustrator and graphic novelist Peter Kuper. We're going at it mano a mano - Animation vs Graphic Novels. You've got to be there to believe it.
The Big Apple Holiday Con will be held at the Wyndham New Yorker Hotel, 481 8th Ave (at 34th St.) in Manhattan and you can get more information and tickets at:
https://bigapplecc.com/
Even cooler - if that's possible - I'll be bringing my original drawings for Oscar-nominated "Your Face" plus the very rare animation drawings from "The Simpsons". Can you believe it?
And the other exciting announcement is: I'll be hosting a long-awaited sneak preview of my brand new feature, "SLIDE". Thanks to the School of Visual Arts, we're holding two screenings at the historic SVA Theatre on 333 W 23rd St, New York, NY 10011. The dates are November 25th at 7pm and December 7th at 8pm. Registration is only on a first-come first-serve basis. Tickets are free, but you must register on Brown Paper Tickets using the link below:
I will be there along with a number of our artists - it's going to be great fun. So get your friends together and laugh your asses off at "SLIDE". Until they develop laughing pills, it's the funniest show on earth.
