Credit to my earliest exposure to art (prob around 1984), Vernon Courtland Johnson.. Vernon helped shaped Powell & Perallta skateboards and basically created the skate/art tradition that has been carried to this day. I've gone on and on about Jim Philips so many times on this blog, so I owe Vernon some props. Enjoy.
